Join Ashlyn & Lucie for a 2-hour workshop of deep restoration & rejuvenation. Unwind with a savory mix of yin yoga followed by a blissful Yoga Nidra meditation, infusing the evening with a powerful sound bath.

Ashlyn will guide you through an integrative Yin practice to help release stored tension and access the subtle body. She will then guide you into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation, also known as “yogic sleep”. This ancient, guided meditation takes you to the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, where receptivity is enhanced and healing can occur.

Lucie will serenade you with a sound bath using her crystal quartz bowls that are each attuned to the chakras in your body, enhancing your experience. Let go and simply allow the sound vibrations to surround and wash over you.

Opt to stay after and enjoy a cup of tea! Be sure to wear your comfiest clothes so you can fully indulge in this catered evening of relaxation.
