Welcome
I am deeply honored that you're here.
This space is an invitation into community, into reverence, and returning to what is sacred through the living art of yoga, the breathing community of retreats and deep rooted intention within the practice field.

PRACTICE
By drawing wisdom from Buddhist philosophy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ashlyn skillfully blends mindfulness and dharma teachings into asana experiences.

Her approach honors both the solar and lunar currents of yoga, dynamic vinyasa with the contemplative stillness of yin, meditation,
and ritual.

RETREAT
Yoga Retreats are portals, immersive sanctuaries designed to catalyze growth, inner inquiry, and deep connection in some of the most energetically potent places on Earth.

These immersive experiences are more than just travel, they are living, breathing containers where strangers become sangha, and the thread of shared intention strengthens into community.

COMMUNITY
Community is the living field container for deep connection and collective becoming. Through the shared foundation of yoga, we weave a kind of kinship that is rooted in authenticity, reverence, and presence.

This is not just community, it is sangha. A space where truth is welcomed, growth is supported, and the path is walked together.
Meet Ashlyn Bugbee

I’m Ashlyn Bugbee, a devoted student of yoga, a lover of ritual and sacred spaces, and someone who believes deeply in the power of community to transform us. Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, holding ceremony, or leading retreat, my intention is always the same: to invite people back to what is essential, to what is real… back to themselves.
Yoga has never been just a practice for me, it’s been a path of devotion, a homecoming, and a way of creating meaningful connection, both within ourselves and collectively. My work is rooted in building spaces where people feel seen, supported, and reconnected to their own inner wisdom.
With each ritual, practice, retreat and community gathering, I’m reminded how powerful it is when we come together in openness, curiosity and intention.
If you feel called to journey with me,
I’d be honored to meet you in one of these sacred spaces.

YOU BELONG.
"The next Buddha will not take form as a person, but rather take the shape of a community, a community that practices understanding and loving kindness, a community that practices a way of conscious living."
