Ashlyn Bugbee Yoga
Ashlyn is a free spirit who believes yoga is magic. She sees the practice as medicine - a therapeutic tool to heal and grow physically, emotionally and spiritually. Ashlyn took her first yoga class when she was 16 years old and was immediately drawn to the connection she found on her mat. She received her YTT 200-hour certification from Kindness Yoga in 2016. After a traumatic snowboard accident in 2013 that shattered her arm, she has found a newly proclaimed love for yoga with a deeper understanding of healing, safety and the power of meditation.
Ashlyn draws inspiration from her students, supporting their needs and always encouraging them to grow and step out of their comfort zone. Her classes can be described as a moving meditation offering inspirational moments of mindfulness and self-awareness. Students can expect a light-hearted, yet challenging flow with creative sequencing and theming.
In addition to her vinyasa teachings, Ashlyn has been drawn to the practice of Yoga Nidra. She is known for guiding her student through a profound, healing experience.
