This retreat will honor the lunar nature of retreat life, emphasizing the healing virtue of water and energetic based practices for restoration of body and mind. As we bow to the lush landscape of our outer-world on retreat, we'll tend to the healing of our inner-worlds through lunar practices of Yin, Restorative & Yoga Nidra. In the serenity of the jungle, we'll have to opportunity to reset and reconnect.
As the moon rules the ocean, we'll harness the wisdom of water through rituals & ceremonies for cleansing and clarity. Surfing will inspire our excitement and thirst for adventure.
In balance, we'll salute the sun and wakeful surroundings through enlivening morning vinyasa practices, hiking, adventure & exploration, along with basking beneath the Mexican sunshine and colorful town of Sayulita.
In our sacred time together, we'll commune under the potent full moon in October, along with paying reverence to Día de Muertos, Mexico's Day of the Dead.

Please book your flight to arrive by 12 PM on 10/28 and to depart after 4pm on 11/3

You're welcome to fly in a day early to ground and experience the colorful town of Sayulita. Please be prepared to arrange your own taxi from Sayulita to Haramara on 10/28 if you arrive early.

Shuttle:
The shuttle to Haramara will pick you up from the PVR Airport on 10/28. Please have USD change available to pay the driver. We will arrange shuttle times with an estimated cost once receiving your flight info.
